"I was looking for support to help me address a number of issues but I now realise that fundamentally most of them stemmed from a work/life imbalance.
I came across Lynda and was intrigued by the idea of the RTT process. You have to approach it with an open mind, but for me, it has been the starting point of some big life changes.
